Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Managing Partners, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
- Manage multiple case management progress channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Develop and implement a high-performance culture, focusing on client service and team collaboration.
- Identify and review areas of change process management to ensure a high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement a Advisor Learning & Development programme.
- Demonstrable experience in building rapport and interacting with clients effectively.
- Strong numerical ability to analyse financial data and performance metrics.
- IT technically proficient, including Office 365.
- Adaptable to change management plans and advocate to business initiatives.
