About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team at a highly regarded learning establishment. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to young adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to young adults with SEN needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress and participating in departmental meetings and training events.
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience in care or education, with a strong understanding of SEN needs.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to supporting young adults with SEN.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and access to reliable transportation.
