About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational HR Generalist to join our client's established HR team as an HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to work in a leading business that values outstanding service and employee pride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the UK Head of HR and operational SLT teams
  • Develop and implement training practices to upskill the workforce
  • Design and deliver training materials, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Manage complex casework and employment law matters
  • Build credible relationships with stakeholders and add value to the site's operational teams

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • Strong employment law background and experience of ER
  • At least 3 years' experience as an HR Advisor or HRM in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with stakeholders
