About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our team at Ingfield Manor School in West Sussex. As a specialist in orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation, you will play a key role in the assessment and implementation of seating solutions for our students with neuro-motor impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement seating solutions to meet the individual needs of our students
  • Support the assessing and planning of access routes to technology for students with complex needs
  • Contribute to Reviews and other relevant meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
  • Liaise with parents/guardians and external medical services as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: postural management and specialist equipment, orthotics, orthopaedic surgery, tone management including therapeutic handling, working with children or young people with a neurological impairment.
