Butchery Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butchery Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our retail meat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve target sales and meet high standards of customer service, displays, and hygiene regulations.
- Control stock levels and maintain a safe food environment, complying with HACCP regulations and health & safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the retail meat trade, with managerial hands-on experience and customer service experience from a previous fresh food/meat business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
