About the Role:
Outcomes First Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our operations in the Middlesex area. The successful candidate will have prior experience in general maintenance and familiarity with Health and Safety regulations.

You will be a proactive and approachable individual with a solid understanding of equipment and machinery. A flexible mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will be expected to:

  • Take ownership of all tasks undertaken.
  • Assist in addressing daily maintenance needs and planned refurbishment tasks.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting and decorating.
  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and free from hazards.
  • Demonstrate awareness and empathy towards those we support, being mindful of their needs and personal space.
