Are you seeking a better work/life balance without the hassle of split shifts or late-night hours? This role allows you to express your culinary creativity while working with fresh ingredients.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality dining experience across multiple Villages, primarily focusing on Evesham and Gloucester. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 45p per mile from your residence.

- Hourly Rate: £14.90 per hour plus mileage of 45p per mile

Key Responsibilities of the Peripatetic Culinary Specialist:
- Prepare homemade traditional meals utilizing fresh ingredients.
- Occasionally design menus for special events and themed dinners.
- Assist with various kitchen tasks while adhering to HACCP and hygiene standards.
- Ensure menu planning remains within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with fitness instructors and wellbeing advisors to create meals catering to special dietary requirements and promote healthy living.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar culinary environment with commercial awareness.
- Proficient in cooking with fresh produce.
- A collaborative team player.
- Qualified to QFC / NVQ Level 2 or possess equivalent experience.
- Exhibit high standards of kitchen food safety.
- Strong customer service skills.
