About the Role

The Ambassadors Bloomsbury is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales function of the hotel, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Participate in commercial reviews, forecasting, and activity planning to ensure the hotel's sales performance is optimized.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4/5-star London hotel.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
