We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodlands Care Home, a luxury care home in Aberdeen offering Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver person-centered care, respecting individual needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year's experience working in a care capacity, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
  • A 44-hour contracted week, with opportunities for overtime.
