Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal and Finance Director to oversee all legal and financial matters across our entities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, in addition to a strong legal and financial background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support and advice across all entities.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage legal risks and resolve disputes.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial needs of each entity to optimize resource allocation and financial strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a legal and/or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and financial regulations in the UK.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of the distinct business needs of philanthropic and investment entities.
