About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to lead key projects, including a new plant installation, and drive environmental performance improvement through carbon use reduction, waste minimization, and energy efficiency initiatives.

This role will involve working closely with the Site SHE Manager to develop a positive Environmental culture through education, training, and coaching to change environmental behaviors and improve performance.

The successful candidate will provide insight to drive environmental performance improvement through the Carbon Desktop and Waste and Effluent Management targets.

Key responsibilities include identifying performance improvement opportunities for the SHE Manager / Site Management teams to deliver upon projects in order to achieve targets and improved risk rating / cost efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience
  1. Previous experience as an Environmental Coordinator, ideally gained within an FMCG/manufacturing environment.
  2. Experience in report writing and data analysis.
