Post Production Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Post Production to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a key member of our post production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the post production operations in Europe and the Middle East, as well as managing commercial post production projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple post production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper resourcing and scheduling for each project.
- Determine and manage resource priorities, adapting to changing deadlines and creative requirements.
- Collaborate with global post production teams to ensure successful resourcing, communication, and workflows.
- Source and hire freelance post resources and vendors across Europe and the Middle East.
- Provide frequent and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding project delivery.
- Post production experience gained from an advertising agency, media company, post house, media publisher, or creative content production business.
- Global experience and ability to work across multiple production simultaneously.
- Expert knowledge of post production processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing client-based commercial post projects.
- Significant post freelancer and vendor contacts throughout Europe and the Middle East.
- Experience creating commercial post-production schedules and budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with at least 2 years of experience as a people manager.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools required.
