Post Production Director

At Career Moves Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Post Production to join our team. As a key member of our post production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the post production operations in Europe and the Middle East, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage post production operations for commercial multi-market productions, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
- Directly manage day-to-day execution of post production, including offline editing, online editing, color, sound mix, graphics, and localisation
- Coordinate with global post production teams to ensure successful resourcing, communication, and workflows
- Source and hire freelance post resources and post vendors across Europe and the Middle East
- Provide frequent, concise, and accurate communication with all stakeholders regarding project delivery
- Proven track record of managing client-based commercial post projects
- Expert knowledge of post production processes, workflows, and best practices
- Experience creating commercial post-production schedules and budgets
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects) and project management tools (Airtable)
- Significant post freelancer and vendor contacts throughout Europe and the Middle East
