Role Overview
The objective of this position is to oversee and effectively execute multiple prominent projects that are integral to the broader Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Enhancement Strategy. This role supports the Managing Director's vision to enhance CEM's operational processes.
You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and collaborate with the Head of Commercial to establish additional revenue streams for the organization.
Success will be evaluated based on the delivery of projects within budget, quality, timelines, and scope, alongside full acceptance by affected business units and a seamless transition into routine operations.
The projects will be managed using established project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on planning, reporting, budget management, and risk/issue mitigation throughout.
Key Relationships
Essential relationships for this role include:
- CEM Managing Director as the primary sponsor of the Enhancement Strategy
- Principal business stakeholders (Directors and Heads of departments)
- Group ICT Team (as stakeholders and essential delivery resources)
- Training Academy
- Key suppliers
- Identification and evaluation of projects
- Planning and defining project scope
- Establishing deliverables, tasks, and sequencing (dependency management)
- Scheduling projects (including estimation)
- Executing and controlling projects
- Handover and closure of projects
- Identifying, securing, and managing project resources
- Monitoring and reporting on progress
The primary location for all projects will be the Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire. However, occasional travel to Lodges or to key suppliers may be required. All travel will be within the UK.
Standard working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, with a one-hour lunch break each day. The Project Manager is expected to be adaptable, which may involve working additional hours during critical periods.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the property management sector
- Experience in managing complex projects and delivering results
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and budgeting
- PRINCE2 certification is required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and focused on outcomes
