Job Overview:
The cleaning division operates as part of the Council's Facilities Management service, delivering a range of cleaning solutions through contracts and service agreements across various establishments, including educational institutions, offices, and public facilities. This division is responsible for both routine and specialized cleaning tasks.

With a workforce of around 1000 cleaning personnel, our team consists of permanent, temporary, relief, and casual staff, primarily engaged in part-time roles covering morning, evening, or daytime shifts.

In this role, you will join the specialized cleaning team dedicated to providing cleaning services for Kirklees Homes & Neighbourhoods (KH&N) and Buildings Services. Your responsibilities will include the thorough cleaning and preparation of vacant properties such as houses, flats, and bungalows, ensuring that all cleaning meets the Lettable standard and complies with established safety protocols for yourself and other users of the building.
