We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director Europe, Landing Gear & Integration Division – Sales and Contract Management. The successful candidate will manage commercial aspects of the Airbus A330 and A350 programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To develop and maintain close relationships with Airbus interfaces, ensuring a wide and detailed knowledge of Airbus organizations and key stakeholders.
  2. To release commercial offers to Airbus and negotiate contractual agreements.
  3. To manage contracts, including proposing and supporting actions for risk mitigation and opportunities.
  4. To achieve commercial targets, including sales, cash, and margins.
  5. To monitor the progress of commercial activities and support the implementation of commercial and cross-functional processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an engineering or business discipline, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a broad commercial awareness. Experience with customer relationships, contractual negotiations, and finance principles is essential.
