Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Community Building: Promote a thriving community within the spa, fostering a sense of belonging among residents and guests.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base, contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class residents experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Personal Training: Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets, promoting a culture of wellness and fitness within our community.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, high level of interpersonal skills, and previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
  • Additional Skills: First aid/ Pool safety experience
