Visits Services Team LeaderNepacs is a regional charity that provides vital services to support positive futures for prisoners and their families. Our HMP Frankland Visitors' Centre is a hub for staff and volunteers from Nepacs, working together to make a difference.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to ensure that visitors to HMP Frankland receive a warm welcome and the information and support they need. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services
- Coordinating facilities for visitors, including children and young people, and refreshment services
- Working closely with Nepacs and prison staff to identify and support families in need
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic leader who can demonstrate flexibility and lead by example. They will have previous experience of motivating and leading a team, ensuring deadlines and timescales are met.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard, and that the needs of visitors are met.
