We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House representative. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Manage and respond to general enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Key and parcel management, ensuring seamless delivery and collection
  • Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively deal with minor maintenance and problems
  • Coordinate and instruct access for services to the development
  • Record, monitor, and respond to resident feedback
  • Manage booking of meetings and event spaces for residents and external guests
  • Conduct daily building walks and monitor CCTV
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing service role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized, with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident with IT software and systems
