Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder with a strong background in psychology or medical science to lead our health-focused strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Jendi's product, vision, and go-to-market strategy, particularly from a clinical, research, and B2B perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Direction: Drive the vision for Jendi's health-focused strategy, leveraging your deep expertise in wellness and workplace stress management.
  2. Product Development: Collaborate with our tech and AI teams to ensure Jendi's solutions are backed by the latest in biomedical research and best practices for stress and burnout prevention.
  3. Clinical Validation: Lead efforts to validate Jendi's approach using health data, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and compliant with health standards.
  4. Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with businesses, health institutions, wearable manufacturers, and wellness experts to enhance Jendi's credibility and product offerings.
  5. Thought Leadership: Represent Jendi at health and wellness conferences, with stakeholders and investors, providing clinical insights and shaping our impact narrative.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Medical or Psychology-led PhD with experience in health, wellness, or occupational health. Proven success in creating or applying health and wellness solutions in corporate environments is essential. A visionary thinker with an understanding of how biomarker data can influence workplace well-being and productivity is also required. Passion for using technology, data, and research to solve big challenges in health and wellness is a must.
