Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
