About the Role
Our Care Assistants are the heart of our care services, providing personalized support to our clients with their daily needs. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored care plans that meet their needs. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting our clients with their daily activities, such as shopping and meal preparation.
What You'll Need
We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care services. You don't need any prior social care experience, but you'll need to be resilient, willing to learn, and committed to developing your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit team. If you're motivated by making a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
