About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our Senior Management Team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping and improving financial processes, managing and motivating a team of finance professionals, and driving business efficiencies forward.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing financial activities, including corporate financial functions and service charge accounts. You will be responsible for producing annual budgets and service charge accounts, managing the annual audit process, and using management information to inform business decisions.

This is a varied and challenging role that will provide opportunities to act as the finance lead in projects across the business. You will work closely with the Group Finance function to share best practice and drive business success.

About You

We are looking for a strong people leader with excellent management skills, highly motivated and organised, with the ability to prioritise and work with other senior colleagues to drive business forward. You will need to have strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and advanced Excel skills. Experience using software such as Qube Property Management System would be an advantage.

This role would be a good opportunity for someone seeking to progress their career to a Head of Department or seeking to find a role where they can lead and support a team of finance colleagues through a program of change.
