Position Overview
We are seeking an eCommerce Trading Specialist to enhance our London-based eCommerce operations, focusing on all aspects of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) engagement. This full-time, entry-level role is crucial for the effective management of our D2C platforms. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Trading Manager, the position encompasses daily operational tasks, site optimization, and the overall functionality of our D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the eCommerce Trading Manager with daily site operations, trading activities, and D2C site optimization.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Assistant Trading Managers to strategize and implement D2C marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the development and execution of online promotions and discount initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Partner with our agency to enhance SEO performance across all D2C platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics to assess and improve site performance, focusing on key metrics like conversion rates, revenue, and click-through rates.
Qualifications
- A genuine enthusiasm for eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A passion for promoting wellbeing.
- A positive demeanor that motivates others.
- A degree or relevant studies in fields such as eCommerce or Marketing.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related area is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus but not essential.
