About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Adult Audiology Admin team as a Clinic Co-ordinator. This is a permanent full-time position based across three sites: St Michaels, Southmead, and Cossham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the triaging of referrals by liaising with key clinical staff
  • Manage patient communications via telephone and Trust systems
  • Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust
  • Escalate patient queries and capacity problems to the line manager or relevant clinical staff
  • Communicate changes to clinics and appointments to patients
