Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HSEQ management systems to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide expert advice on HSEQ matters to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure legal compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Initiate and lead HSEQ initiatives to drive cultural change and improve performance.
  • Set and review HSEQ targets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and update HSEQ documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH construction certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Sentinel card and CSCS Card.
  • Experience working on Network Rail projects and/or in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
