Simpson Judge is excited to partner with a rapidly expanding client in their quest for a Court of Protection expert to enhance their dynamic team in Birmingham City Centre.

We are seeking a seasoned Private Client Fee Earner/Executive or Solicitor with a strong interest in the evolving field of Court of Protection, as these are the ideal candidates our client wishes to engage with at this time.

The successful applicant will become part of a close-knit and friendly team in Birmingham, which is currently managing a high volume of cases and is in need of additional support.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess expertise in either Private Client or Court of Protection law, including:

  • A minimum of 3 years of case management experience as a Fee Earner or trainee SQE Paralegal.
  • A qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 12 months of experience in a Private Client division.

Responsibilities include collaborating with family members, care facilities, case managers, and financial consultants, focusing on:
