Assistant Brand Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a key member of our UK & ROI brand team, you will play a critical role in driving brand growth and revenue through the planning and execution of marketing strategies.

About the Role:

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in developing and executing plans that fuel short and long-term brand and revenue growth. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to create world-class consumer engagement through paid media, loyalty, e-commerce, stores, beauty advisors, influencers, and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand plans that drive revenue growth and brand equity.
  2. Collaborate with category and product teams to develop and execute activation strategies that create engaging consumer experiences.
  3. Monitor market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including agencies, global brand teams, and cross-functional teams.
  5. Contribute to the development of UK annual brand plans and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of delivering results through brand and product launches.
  2. Commercial acumen and understanding of business fundamentals, with the ability to build plans that deliver commercial goals.
  3. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
