HappyWoods Nursery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in the Toddler room. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and childcare professionals, adhering to the EYFS framework.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, ensuring all children feel valued and supported.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery operation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and challenging learning activities.
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursery policies and procedures.
