We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at a nursery in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will inspire every child to dream big, think creatively, and enjoy every moment of their time at nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to provide rich and stimulating experiences tailored to each child's age and developmental stage
  • Uphold and promote exceptional quality standards within the nursery, focusing on the environment, resources, and experiences offered to the children
  • Work collaboratively within the room team to foster a love for learning and create a secure, welcoming, and intellectually stimulating environment that nurtures the children emotionally
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a day care nursery
  • Minimum childcare qualification at Level 3
  • Experience of mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a collaborative and friendly team
