Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for motivating and inspiring a team of Goods In colleagues to ensure the safe unloading and administration of all stock received in Branch. This role involves safe, timely and efficient instore storage/distribution of stock, keyholding and duty management, and contracted hours of 37 or more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and inspire a team of Goods In colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure the safe unloading and administration of all stock received in Branch, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Implement efficient instore storage and distribution systems to minimize stock loss and maximize productivity
  • Manage keyholding and duty rotas to ensure seamless branch operations
  • Work closely with the Goods In team to achieve contracted hours of 37 or more
