We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our IB Marketing Execution team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of roadshow products, including Deal, Non-Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days, and Expert Speaker Sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute roadshow products, including logistics, venue finding, and organization.
  • Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Access Desk, Research Analysts, Sales teams, ECM, and DCM teams to plan and fill schedules, pre-empt issues, and manage live schedules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a roadshow coordination or similar role within the investment banking sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in virtual and face-to-face delivery.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
