We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at Bright Purple. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading a small cross-functional team of testers, developers, and UXers in the design and development of new products and software features.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a small cross-functional team of testers, developers, and UXers in the design and development of new products and software features.
  2. Oversee the design and development of new products and software features.
  3. Contribute software development, testing, and design know-how across the software development life-cycle.
  4. Ensure projects are well estimated and tracked.
  5. Implement testing and coding best practices.
  6. Work with customers to deliver high-quality software products.
Requirements
  1. Background or current experience in Java.
  2. Passion for de-bugging and testing.
  3. Background in working on complex projects.
  4. Experience in leading technical teams to deliver projects and products.
  5. Experience in Linux.
  6. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
