As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation and playbooks to support Incident Response, ITIL v4.0 service management, and business continuity processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author technical documentation and playbooks to support Incident Response, ITIL v4.0 service management, and business continuity processes.
  • Develop weekly reports summarizing key activities and outputs generated.
  • Collaborate with the Service Management Team to improve processes and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on improved ways of working to enhance the team's efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Author with a strong understanding of communications information systems (CIS) services management processes.
  • Ability to create high-quality technical documentation and playbooks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within a network/security operations centre.
