Job Summary:
The University of Glasgow is seeking a highly skilled Service Excellence Analytics Lead to join its S&P Planning, Insight, and Analytics Team. As a critical component of the Service Excellence Programme, this role will lead the analysis and insight to drive improvements in service provision across University Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, specialized, and technical expertise on all aspects of Service Performance data.
- Lead advice and guidance to a range of senior University stakeholders.
- Generate ideas, find solutions, and establish a new Service Excellence data platform to create University-wide impact.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 31 July 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and insight to drive improvements in service provision across University Services.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining data platforms.
