Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing: Assist in building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies based on the product's vision and target goals.
  • Enterprise Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the team to create compelling campaigns that target B2B Enterprises to help drive revenue with traditional and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • User Growth: Define and grow B2C KPIs, including, but not limited to: free user sign-ups, engagement, retention, paid sign-ups.
  • Content Operation: Assist in the creation of high-quality, engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media influencer content, to drive adoption and subscriptions.
  • Social Media & SEM Marketing: Assist in planning and implementing demand generation campaigns across various channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness, and optimize strategies using the latest tools.
  • Marketing Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Business Digitization space. Present findings and opportunities to grow the product to meet market demand and trends.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in establishing a marketing operation mechanism internally, enhancing the team's marketing impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product marketing, sales, or business development, particularly in business automation products or technology.
  • Proven track record of data-driven campaigns that exceeded KPI targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing frameworks that include benchmarks and targets to measure ROI.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional internal communication, strong ability to establish relationships with technical team members as well as business colleagues.
  • Experience working with start-ups to drive meaningful impact in a rapid timeframe.
  • A deep understanding of Sales and Customer Management processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
