This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading international science and technology company as a Senior Global Credit Operations Specialist. The position is a 3-month temporary booking, fully remote.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing past due customer accounts, chasing customers for early payments, and escalating issues to management and customer service when necessary. Additionally, they will partner with the AR Finance team and other departments to achieve best collection results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control and 3 years of experience with SAP. They will be fluent in English and have a working knowledge of either Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, or Danish.

The salary for this position will be between £15.00 and £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make collection calls on past due customer accounts
  2. Chase customers via email/teams for early payments, including sending statements/invoices/PODs when required
  3. Identify actions needed for best collection results
  4. Escalate issues to management and customer service when necessary
  5. Partner with the AR Finance team and other departments to achieve best collection results
  6. Prepare month-end reports and reconcile customer accounts
  7. Release orders and manage banking allocations and remittances
  8. Perform journal entries and maintain knowledge of credit assessment and vetting
  9. Onboard new customers in the system for credit applications
  10. Maintain knowledge of dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit control
  • 3 years of experience with SAP
  • Fluent English and working knowledge of either Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, or Danish
