**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Operations Team as a Junior Operations Manager. This is a developmental role that will provide strategic and operational support for both Emergency and Acute Medicine care groups.
Key Responsibilities
- **Effective Day-to-Day Operational Management**: Provide operational support to the Operations Managers, gaining experience and knowledge, and undertaking responsibility for a range of tasks, projects, and services.
- **Ongoing Improvement of Efficiency and Service Delivery**: Identify opportunities for transformation and improvement of patient experience, and provide data and evidence to support Care Group in the development of services.
- **Support to Senior Management Team**: Ensure operational effectiveness across all services and patient pathways, and provide support to and cover for peers as and when appropriate.
- **Leadership and Team Support**: Lead and support team leaders and teams to ensure coordinated and streamlined administrative processes that recognize the needs of patients.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working under pressure in an acute clinical environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize different tasks.
- Good IT skills, including Trust Systems and Microsoft.
