The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage stock levels to ensure the availability of materials and products, while minimizing excess stock and wastage.
- Purchase Ordering: Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of stock.
- Deliveries & Paperwork: Coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all associated paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all products meet company specifications before being dispatched.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are correct and well-presented.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized stock environment, ensuring that stock is stored correctly and safely.
- IT Skills: Utilize stock management software and other IT packages to track stock levels, process orders, and generate reports.
- Communication: Work closely with other team members, suppliers, and customers.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- FLT (Forklift Truck) Counterbalance Experience.
