Job Overview

The Marketing Team Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including event promotion, newsletters, and WinWires through Dynamics Marketing 365.
  • Manage the company's social media channels, writing engaging copy and creating visual content.
  • Upload blogs, events, and case studies on the website, adhering to best practice SEO guidelines.
  • Support the People and Culture team with new starter information and internal company events.
  • Assist the Marketing team with campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Upload leads into partner centre from marketing campaigns and ensure accurate tagging in CRM.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and wider Marketing team with events and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Prior social media marketing experience, with a good knowledge of LinkedIn.
  • A passion for social media and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills across multiple departments.
  • Self-motivation and initiative, with strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • WordPress experience.
