About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to our kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are innovative, delicious, and aligned with our brand values.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring our kitchen operations meet all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills of our junior chefs, providing training and mentorship to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Requirements
