Our Cleanroom Operations
The silicon cleanroom is integral to our pressure sensor production. Each sensor we manufacture relies on a silicon chip processed in our advanced cleanroom environment.

Your Role as a Silicon Processing Technician
In this position, you will engage in various tasks associated with silicon wafer processing and management within a semiconductor manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery and adhering to established protocols to guarantee the precise and effective production of silicon components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain silicon wafer processing equipment, including cleaning, etching, and measuring wafers.
  • Safely handle and transport silicon wafers following proper protocols.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Adhere to established operating procedures and work instructions for silicon wafer processing.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to resolve issues and enhance process performance.
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback to boost efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in silicon wafer processing.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in wafer probing or semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with bonding techniques, alignment procedures, and wafer handling equipment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work meticulously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in utilizing microscopes and other relevant inspection tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Possess experience in assembly techniques with a keen eye for detail.
  • Limited prior training or experience is acceptable.
  • A strong desire to acquire new skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
