Malborough College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Estates team.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out all appropriate repairs, maintenance, and improvement of the College's domestic/commercial plumbing and drainage installations in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with good building practice and current building regulations.
- Operate multi-site installations using a Building Management System.
- Work at height and in enclosed spaces, with all safety equipment provided.
- Multi-site background with experience of general plumbing and a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
- Experience of operating multi-site installations using a Building Management System would be an advantage.
- Dependent on experience and qualifications, with a salary range available on request.
