**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain an extensive wine list that showcases the finest wines from around the world.
  • Provide expert wine pairing recommendations to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
  • Lead a team of sommeliers and wine service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wine trends, releases, and industry developments, making informed decisions to enhance our wine program.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative wine pairings and menus that showcase our commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Head Sommelier in a high-end restaurant.
  • WSET Level 3 or above (desired).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
  • Right to work in France.
