We are seeking a talented Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join their team, providing comprehensive training and opportunities for quick progression.

The Job You'll Do:

The Trainee Internal Sales Engineer will work alongside the Internal Sales Team to learn and develop skills, providing sales support to sales staff/agents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing product information, marketing tools, quotations, application engineering, and product development support.
  • Preparing competitive and compliant quotations using available software.
  • Evaluating and implementing product discount strategies to meet sales and profit margin goals.
  • Following up quotes issued for feedback from external sales and clients.
  • Using company CRM systems in line with best practice and company policy.
  • Providing a weekly report on workload to the Internal Sales Supervisor.
  • Preparing and distributing literature, pricing information, technical data, and promotional material to sales offices.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of A-Level qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Industry experience in a Technical Sales or Estimators role is desirable but not required. An understanding of Mechanical principles is an advantage.
