Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity, to meet quality compliance standards in accordance with the waiver regulations.

  • Entice referral process to obtain new service authorizations to align with the training standards of employee candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HCBS Adult Disability Waiver Services, preferably as a COO or similar position.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Services or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $35,000 - $48,000/year based on experience and education plus percentage of growth bonus.
