Job Summary:

Ganymede Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the activities of suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve efficient integration into the project plan.
  • Plan and coordinate the day-to-day requirements of the project to ensure effective use of all resources and minimize snagging.
  • Undertake site management roles in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the timely completion of site works and ensure that all tasks are completed to the required standard.
  • Control and implement health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements on site.
  • Motivate and lead a team of staff to deliver and exceed project requirements.
  • Ensure that all site staff hold the necessary certifications, including CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
