* Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our management team
* Provide guidance and training to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care
* Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our residential care services
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure our residents receive comprehensive support

Requirements:

* 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
* Experience of working within and leading a team
* Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
* Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
* Willing and able to be part of Management on call system
