About the Role

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Goldenhill Resource Centre. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work in partnership with patients, carers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for individuals referred to the service, using a strength-based recovery-focused approach.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other professionals to optimize self-management and promote recovery.
  • Participate in regular caseload line management supervision and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Supervise the practice of others, undertake mentorship/preceptorship responsibilities, and contribute to the learning and development of the staff team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team. You must have a live NMC UK pin and be able to demonstrate compassionate caring behaviors.
