Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering new psychological therapies for patients with psychosis, working closely with our research team to develop and implement innovative treatments.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering psychological therapy to patients with psychosis
- Supervising research assistants in the recruitment and assessment of trial participants
- Supervising other clinicians in the delivery of interventions
- Supporting the development and implementation of new psychological treatments
- Collaborating with our research team to design and conduct clinical trials

Person Specification
We are looking for a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with:
- Current registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Expertise and/or training in Clinical Supervision for doctorate level trainees
- Knowledge of the theory and practice of highly specialist assessment methods and therapeutic approaches in relation to the client group
- Well-developed communication skills, suitable to the specialty
